Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our remote team either as a full-time employee or on a freelance project basis. Availability during regular work hours is essential (not suitable for students or part-time workers). Your role will involve transforming static Figma designs into dynamic, responsive websites using Webflow. A keen eye for design details, passion for interactions, and solid expertise in Webflow, HTML, and CSS are required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect websites using Webflow.
- Implement custom code (CSS & JavaScript) to enhance website functionality.
- Build and maintain clean, scalable design systems and ensure precise alignment with original Figma designs.
- Ideate, Design and implement interactive animations.
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO, emphasizing semantic HTML practices.
- Manage Webflow CMS and components for easy client editing and maintainability.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS and interactions.
- Strong understanding of the underlying code you write with Webflow (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with interaction design, creating animations, and bringing static designs to life.
- Attention to detail, ensuring design accuracy and consistency.
- Understanding of technical SEO best practices, including semantic HTML.
- Familiarity with Webflow frameworks such as MAST or Client First.
- Experience with GSAP or similar JavaScript animation libraries is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
